TopGun Tennis Training

Tennis is a sport of endurance, change, and fortitude. Topgun Tennis Training or TTT for short aims to improve players of all skill levels and allow them to compete at higher levels. This website will also be useful for coaches and parents as it will provide them with drills and training to give to their players. In addition to the provided drills and training, players will be able to see the real-world application of these skills by seeing explanations of how the professional tennis players incorporate certain aspects into their games. With the proper knowledge, training, and dedication anyone can acheieve their tennis goals and aspirations.

To begin training seriously, serious equipment is necessary to achieve the optimal results. Below in the table, I have listed tennis equipment which I personally have used and reaped the benefits of. One might ask, "why is all this equipment necessary and what does it do?", well the listed equipment provides control and precision. In tennis, a 'high percentage' game is very crucial to winning more points in matches. High percentage tennis is best described as the safest decision-making for each shot. With the equipment below, I was able to become undefeated in my lone high school season and did not drop a single game for seven straight matches.
